fNIRS SimBox Simulate the whole head. Read the signal live.

We are building a 3D fNIRS simulator with AI for real-time calibration and data interpretation, with applications from neuroimaging research to surgical training.

From montage to measurement. Then check it against real data.

Choose your experimental design and a registered montage. SimBox combines cortical responses and global physiology with each channel's optical sensitivity, adds artifacts, and validates the simulated signals against experimental recordings.

Setup, physiological inputs, and optical sensitivity feed the simulated observations. Validation compares experimental (Exp.) and simulated (Sim.) data through summary distributions, spectra, time-frequency maps, and channel correlations.

fNIRS SimBox is in development. This page will grow with it.
