Alexander Fengler is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Brown University, in the Laboratory of Neural Computation and Cognition. He focuses on probabilistic programming and simulation-based inference (SBI) methods, in particular their application to computational cognitive modeling. Alex has an interest in workflow automation across the Bayesian computational statistics eco-system and is the originator of the HSSM toolbox for Bayesian cognitive modeling with likelihood surrogates.
